Rick Edwards
Rick Edwards has been involved in ministry of some form all of his adult life. Rick came to know the Lord as a young High School student through his church’s youth ministry. Not long after that He sensed God’s calling on his life and he followed a path that would take him to Oklahoma Baptist University, Southwestern Seminary, into full-time pastoral ministry and, eventually, into Christian publishing.
Rick’s ministry has fostered within him a deep love for the local church. He and his wife, Caroline, are active members of Immanuel Baptist Church in Lebanon, Tennessee, where Rick teaches Sunday School and Caroline serves in a variety of capacities, including the women’s ministry.
Rick now leads Artos Digital, a Christian publishing and media company dedicated to serving God’s Kingdom by building a broad range of growing audiences through timeless content and user-engaged applications such as Artos Learning. Artos Digital also provides publishing services to aspiring authors and serves a growing list of marketing executives with church-targeted brands such as Sunday School University and Preaching Magazine.
Rick is also a preacher, teacher, and author, having published Called To Reign, The Bride of Christ and the Unfolding Story of God’s Kingdom People and helping with God’s Unfolding StoryBOOK (Old and New Testament versions).
Rick’s calling is to help the church teach God’s story to successive generations. His work as a minister and publishing executive is enabling him to create a legacy that will continue this calling long after the Lord calls him home!
